Doctor Cha is the latest medical drama that brings together an eclectic group of talented actors, and throws them into the medical field. Specifically, our main character here is Cha Jeong-suk, who’s married to In-ho, the resident chief surgeon at a university hospital. He’s cold hearted, is having an affair on his wife, and is pretty petty too.
Jeong-suk has been a housewife for the past 20 years since getting her medical licence, but after surviving a life-threatening illness, after initially giving up her career as a doctor, she’s determined not just to survive – but to thrive. And this comes from getting back into the medical field.

Doctor Cha will be available to watch on Netflix worldwide. For Koreans though, this is a JTBC original and airs on Saturdays and Sundays at 10.30pm (KST)
Doctor Cha Episode 9 Release Date
Doctor Cha Episode 9 will release on Saturday 13th May at approximately 4pm (GMT) / 10am (ET). The subtitle team over at Netflix are incredibly quick so expect English subs to be available immediately.
Expect episode 9 to be roughly 1 hour and 6 minutes long, which is consistent with the time-frame for the rest of the show.
How Many Episodes Will Doctor Cha have?
Unlike most K-dramas, Doctor Cha is scheduled to drop with 16 episodes, as per the usual run for K-dramas. This will release with the usual array of two episodes a week. With that in mind, we’ve got 7 more episode to go after this one.

Cannot stand her husband – shows what a great actor he is. He is indignant and extremely jealous if someone else talks to or likes his wife or make her smile and yet he has a long-term mistress with whom he has a daughter same age as his biological daughter. His wife just finally pieced the pieces together and discovered his infidelity. Looking forward to Saturday’s 5/13 episode where she will confront him at her birthday dinner in a hotel restaurant with his mother and her son and daughter – who also just recently also found out.
